Position in the organisation
Data entry responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Previous experience as a data entry or similar position will be considered an advantage.
Data Entry duties and responsibilities
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
Entering data into database system, and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
Prepare data entry reports when needed
Follow up and data entry on RAIS and any other program requested by manager
Support field staff in preparing data processed
Further to proper check-ups enters on daily basis all data into external partners and internal data base
Be available to take a part in meetings organized in office as per management request
Data entry on Child level monitoring system (CLM) per cycle.
Coordinate with team about all data entry documents ( attendance sheets and scoring )
Visits to the field when necessary
Other related duties as identified by supervisor.
Qualifications and requirements
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs
Attention to detail
Ability to work to time constraints
Planning and organizing, ability to work under pressure
Respect of confidentiality and data protection
Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
Good level of numeracy
Very good level in Excel.
Result: the project is monitored in such a matter that all issues are discussed and all concerns are reported.
